Will you migrate us from our current Excel or Sage 50 setup?
Yes. We run a structured four-week migration with parallel running, opening-balance reconciliation and decommissioning of the legacy system. A typical migration costs between ₦450,000 and ₦950,000 depending on history.
How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Monthly fees range from ₦185,000 for very small service businesses up to ₦1.4m for multi-entity FMCG groups. We quote from a one-page scope and never raise unscoped invoices.
Who owns the software subscription?
You do — always. We set the subscription up in your business name with you as the primary owner. If you ever leave Claudenia, the records leave with you.
Can the accounts be audited later?
Yes, our bookkeeping deliverables are designed to be audit-ready out of the box. Year-end packs include all the supporting schedules an external auditor will ask for.
